For years, I worked with traditional recruitment agencies and internal HR teams, and kept seeing the same frustrating problems repeat.

Traditional agencies charge high fees for every hire, in-house teams drain resources due to salaries, ATS systems, job boards, and training costs without delivering consistent results, and RPOs overpromise but rarely scale with a company’s real needs.

Startups and SMEs were paying enterprise-level prices for solutions that didn’t fit their size, speed, or budgets.

I realized the system was broken. The model was outdated, transactional, commission-driven, and misaligned with the long-term success of startups & SMEs.

That’s when I asked myself:
