The opportunity is with a leading company in the Industrial Engineering sector.

As a strategic TA partner, you will oversee the entire recruitment process and lead a team of recruiters or resources to attract and hire top talent. You will help develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure the organization has the right people, in the right roles, at the right time to execute its business objectives. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and act as a trusted advisor in building a strong, capable, and agile workforce that drives organizational success.

As a TA Partner you will support the data and reporting related to the end-to-end recruitment processes, setting new standards of excellence within the industry. The role requires you to leverage data-driven insights and create and distribute TA related analytical reports to the relevant stakeholder

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Managing recruitment metrics
  • Collaborating with hiring managers & stakeholders

  • Mentoring team members

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Experience in Industrial Engineering or similar industries
  • Experienced in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Advanced Excel skills and other reporting tools.
  • Experience working on ATS/CRM systems such as Workday or similar
  • Ability to interpret data from multiple sources

Nice to have

  • Arabic language expertise

  • Middle East experience
