Yes, there are a few exceptions. Our Recruitment-as-a-Service (RaaS) model does not cover Emiratization roles or positions offering a gross monthly salary exceeding USD 12,000. These roles typically require a more specialized and high-touch search process due to their strategic importance and sensitivity.

For such positions, we support clients through our Executive Search and Contingency Search services, ensuring the right expertise, discretion, and attention are applied to fill these critical roles successfully.

Yes, absolutely. Rekruitec’s RaaS model is built on flexibility, not lock-ins. You can cancel your plan anytime no hidden fees or penalties. Your plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, so you never lose value.


Unused credits expire once your subscription ends. If you plan to pause instead of fully canceling, reach out, we can discuss a temporary hold.


Yes, you can. However, if you’ve hired more candidates than the number of months you’ve paid for covers, the extra hires will be billed at 10% of their annual gross salary each per our Fair Usage Policy. For more details please refer to our Terms of Service.


Because our subscription rates are heavily discounted based on annual usage. This helps us deliver premium hiring services at a fraction of traditional costs but only if it’s used fairly.

The policy ensures sustainability and keeps pricing low for all clients.

No, we do not offer refunds. However, we provide a free trial before onboarding, giving you full access to experience our service firsthand. You only choose to subscribe if you’re fully satisfied with the value we deliver.

Yes, you can. If you’ve used your existing credits before your subscription ends, you can purchase additional credits anytime without upgrading your plan.

Each top-up instantly unlocks new sourcing capacity so your hiring momentum continues without delay.

We get it - not every role is easy to fill.

If a position remains unfilled despite our efforts:

  • Your unused credits or ongoing support continue until the role is successfully closed (within the same subscription period).

  • Our team will review and recalibrate the search strategy with you, adjusting sourcing channels, outreach, or job positioning to ensure results.

  • If the role still remains open, the credits used for that role will be reverted, allowing you to use them for any other role.

At Rekruitec, success means you hire - not just that we search.


We stand by our delivery. All hires are backed by a replacement guarantee based on the plan you chooseif a candidate leaves within the agreed period, we replace them free of charge or refund the credits. 

If a role goes on hold or is cancelled after a credit has been used:

  • The credit can be reassigned to another role, so your subscription continues to deliver value.

  • Any candidates already shared for the cancelled or on-hold role remain the property of Rekruitec for 6 months.

  • If you decide to hire any of these candidates within that period, it will be charged at our standard contingency plan rates.

This ensures fairness while keeping your hiring momentum flexible.

No refunds are issued for the current month, but you won’t be charged again after your notice period ends.

Absolutely! You can reactivate within 6 months and your previous data and history will still be there.

That’s okay - hiring subscriptions are new for many teams.
